Lead India...The time has come

The time has come... the time has come for a revolution or maybe evolution itself. Science today has proven with the help of Quantum physics that not all changes that in the universe slowly and steadily, but many times with a quantum leap. And so is the case of change in every human in every race, nation and humanity as a whole. A quantum leap is bound, round the corner and very much visible. Every century of known human history is a testimony that quantum leaps happen, and maybe a person or sometimes a group of people are the instigators of such a leap. Today, India needs one such leap, a quantum leap, a small step that can be a pathway for mankind....

I was watching this video on TV channels and then on YouTube that inspired me to write this essay. I would request every reader of this article to watch it now, and then continue reading the essay

In the video there is one thing that struck my mind very strongly. While everyone else were onlookers of the situation, wondering what to do, or blaming the government or hating the country, only a child put his foot forward and took the stride to move the tree. Did he know he could not achieve his goal, NO!! He did not have the knowledge that he was physically incapable of achieving the goal and hence he tried. Maybe that’s what we need to learn from that child and maybe every child, ignorance truly is bliss. While every adult's mind in the video was clogged with frustrations, self doubts and anxiety a tiny kid out of nowhere made the impossible happen. A quantum leap! It was not his physical strength that moved the tree, but his ignorance that he was physically incapable of moving the tree, or mentally capable of moving it. And everyone else followed. One of the greatest irony's of life is that we hardly know are capabilities and exaggerate our incapabilities. Every mind is filled with thoughts that pull down his own self and people around him. How many of us encourage a person venturing into an unknown field? How many of us can accept strongly diverse viewpoints? The problem is the fear of the unknown, we wouldn’t like failure venturing out, though success most of the times might be life's biggest failure. We create a shell around the mind and are happy living in the shell as it’s fearsome to try something new.

This world is filled with followers. People love a cinema hero or a pop star, as they admire that heroism and imagine themselves like that. Why do you think Superman and Spiderman are watched all over the world?? Just for the special effects, hell no! Everyone wants to beat up the bad guys and help the good just like superman did and many wish they had the same powers as he possessed. But can there be a physical superman?? Can someone lift Eiffel tower in one hand and throw it across the Atlantic Ocean or can someone uproot a building with his spider web?? Maybe not, but if someone could the whole good world would fall on his feet as followers. What we lack is initiative; the first step is hence more difficult than the mile long journey. And it is only someone filled with such innocence as the child in the video that can take such a step, either be unaware of your shortcomings or be aware of everyone else's strengths.

India today has a society filled with people thriving for their own personal successes and through their personal success causing some sort of a gain to the nation too. Infect it is true, that a human being's most selfish achievements, can be sometimes humanity's greatest stories of success. Did Mahatma Gandhi or every other freedom fighter, fight for the nation or for themselves? In my opinion they fought for themselves, their own freedom and the selfish desire of freedom of millions of people combined into an inferno that gave the nation its freedom too. Did Mother Theresa dedicate her life for the sake of someone else, nope. All she did was dedicated her life for her desire of achieving self actualization, which was achieved through serving someone else and millions around the world admired her. So in the career driven individual too, the same qualities and abilities that drove a great leader exist. Do you think I am writing all of this for someone else’s reading pleasure, not at all. Its my personal ultra selfish desire of expressing my opinions and my selfish motto to trigger similar thoughts in people around me, that is making me write, of course my desire to be praised too (so don’t forget to post a comment later...hehe).

Do we need to be a politician or get into the services? Or do we need to do social work as a profession? Do we need to donate half of our earnings every month? Do we need t fight against social evils? DO we really need to do anything of the sort my answer is no! Do something that you desire and desire something that many people desire and a desire that can help not only you, but people around you. A Satisfied human being is himself God. And hence it is our primary responsibility to seek satisfaction, and through our personal satisfaction achieve a national desire fulfillment.

And every selfishly driven individual is seeking people who desire the same need too. And we as a nation also have our own selfish needs. So it is the coming together of many such individuals that will drive this nation to another quantum leap and maybe through it mankind too. Every century there have been one or more individuals that have caused some sort of a quantum leap or maybe caused a shockwave. Maybe that individual is this writer, or maybe this reader or maybe someone who is known to one of us, But I feel a strong vibration that a quantum leap is just around the corner and We surely will know someone that will change the destiny though his own selfish desire. Please do enquire my dear friend, maybe that person is YOU!!!
